Classical:

Classical Reformer Pilates stays true to the original methods created by Joseph Pilates, focusing on controlled movements on the Reformer machine. It emphasizes core strength, flexibility, and body awareness, maintaining the specific exercises, sequencing, and breathing techniques designed by Pilates to ensure the practice remains authentic.

Contemporary:

Contemporary Pilates builds on the traditional method, incorporating props like resistance bands, balls, and weights for a more athletic workout. It offers greater variety, targeting different muscle groups, and can be adjusted for individual needs. This version enhances strength, flexibility, endurance, and functional movement, making it popular among athletes for performance improvement.

Corporate Groups:

Corporate Pilates brings mindful, low-impact movement into the workplace to counter the physical and mental demands of desk-based work. It targets common issues such as back pain, neck and shoulder tension, poor posture and stiffness caused by prolonged sitting, while strengthening the core and improving alignment. Through controlled movement and breath, Pilates reduces stress, enhances focus and supports overall wellbeing, helping employees feel more energised, comfortable and productive throughout the workday.

Pre & Postnatal Pilates:

Pre + Postnatal Pilates is designed to support individuals during pregnancy and after birth, offering a safe, nurturing approach in group, 1:1 or duet sessions. The focus is on supporting the body through the physical changes of pregnancy and recovery by improving core stability, posture, and overall balance. Gentle, intentional movements help strengthen key support muscles, enhance mobility, and encourage healthy movement patterns for daily life and motherhood. Sessions emphasize breath, alignment, and functional strength; conditioning the body throughout each stage.
